We operate three types of transfer services. Our private vehicle service for the quickest and most convenient transfer to all our resorts and our legendary guaranteed shared service and new low cost shuttle service to Morzine, Les Gets and Avoriaz.
All our transfers are sold and managed through our secure website and are GDRP compliant. Our offices in Morzine are open from 9 am to 7 pm every day during the season for sales and operations. For those who are travelling outside of these hours we maintain a contact line to assure service delivery 24/7. With the largest fleet in the Alps and we are ready to make your ski transfers as easy as possible.
The post Covid and post-Brexit environment has dramatically increased the cost of operations for us which in turn is pushing the cost of our guaranteed shared and private prices higher. Therefore for winter 2021 / 2022 we are starting a new timetabled service to offer both increased capacity and a lower price point.
Timeabled service - you pick the time you wish to leave the airport or resort
Hubbed service - we will be using larger vehicles (13-53 seats depending on day of week) to our resort hubs. And from the hubs, an in-resort shuttle service will be available to book. Information will be available upon arrival or you can book in advance by contacting us. It will be based on a first-come-first-served basis.
Pick-up times for your coaches will be sent by SMS the day before - You MUST ensure you will be at the central hub location ready to depart at the stated SMS time.
When selecting your airport or resort departure time please consider leaving a suitable margin of time to clear passport control and baggage on arrival and security on departure. From leaving Morzine or Les Gets the standard journey time is 1,5 hours but this can be affected by traffic on busy days or weather conditions.
Missed shuttle
Should the situation arise where you miss the shuttle we will offer you replacement seats on subsequent shuttle services on the same day if they are available. If there are none available then upgrades to shared or private services may be possible but will depend on availability on the day.
Since our very first day we have pioneered a guaranteed shared service to the Portes Du Soleil. This service not only offers you great value but the best protection against flight disruption and has been the driving force behind our growth and market leadership. We still operate with the same original principles but these days our increased operating volume provides you with even more options and solutions in cases of delays. Our guarantee is that we will not cancel shared services for profitability reasons. If we sell a single seat (between 09.00 and 21.00) and there is only one person on the transfer we will run it!
Departure from the airport within 45 minutes of arriving at our desk during the winter season and 90 minutes during the summer season.

Flight delays
If your flight is delayed we will transfer you free of charge to next available seats on either our shared or shuttle service where available.
If you require a private service that will save you time at the airport and in the resort then we have a large fleet available for you. Each vehicle can transport up to 8 passengers comfortably so larger groups can utilise multiple vehicles. There are several advantages of a private transfer.

Flight delays
In cases of flight delays, over the included one hour of waiting time, the driver may need to depart after the one hour waiting time to complete subsequent journeys. If available, replacement private vehicles will be provided. If this does not involve dispatching extra vehicles no charges will be made. If this is not possible then prioritised next available seats on shared or shuttle services will be offered free of charge. Should the passengers prefer to retain private services and second vehicles are dispatched, charges will be made and documentation provided for a claim against travel insurance.
