The current time listed is your provisional default pick-up time but that is subject to change according to weather and traffic forecasts. You will receive an SMS confirming your exact pick-up time the day before your journey by 16:00 local time.
Should you not receive your SMS confirmation by 16:00 local time, please contact the office (+33 450 37 36 85) before 17:00.
Our schedulers are constantly assessing the road and weather conditions, as well as in constant communication with the local authorities. Our schedules are built around the latest information provided and the pick-up times are set with journey time and flight departure time in consideration. Should you request to depart later than the pick-up time we have allocated then Skiidy Gonzales will not accept any responsibility for any missed flights/onward journey.
If the client is not at the specified pick-up point at the stated time (confirmed on the SMS) the Skiidy Gonzales vehicle and driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes before departing. The Company accepts no responsibility for delays where the Client was not ready at the stated time.
If the client cannot be contacted they will be considered a no show.
Clients booking journeys to Avoriaz or other car-free resorts will be dropped off and picked up from the Reception Centre on the edge of the resort. Pick-up times supplied by Skiidy Gonzales always refer to pick-up from the Reception Centre. It is the responsibility of the client to be at the Reception Centre for this time.
The company will make all reasonable efforts to be at the pick up location at the agreed time, but this is not guaranteed. If your driver is more than 10 minutes behind schedule and you have not been contacted by us, please call the office on +33 450 37 36 85 or emergency number +33 614 819 599 immediately.
